Little Fritters kiln casting molds are fired earthenware molds for glass frit casting. Kiln casting is fun and easy way to create delightful glass "Little Fritters." The easiest way to kiln cast with these molds is to simply prime the Little Fritter mold with glass separator (we use only Hotline Primo Primer) then fill the Little Fritter mold with Compatible Glass frit or other chunks of glass and fire.
Jewelry Disk Mold makes four 1" discs. (Finished Disc shown in photo is for example and not included)
When you fire these molds at casting temperatures (about 1500 degrees F to 1550 degrees F), the frit will melt quickly, so just let it soak for 20 to 30 minutes, then check to see if more soaking is needed.
